Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Upon receiving your custom printing order, we will create a digital proof showcasing the design and specifications as requested. This proof will be sent to you for approval via Etsy messenger within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order.
Please respond via Etsy messenger with your approval or any necessary revisions within 24 hours of receiving the proof.
Once we receive your approval, production will commence promptly. Our team will work diligently to ensure that your custom products are printed to the highest standards and delivered to you within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Care instructions
Our t-shirts are printed with DTG printing technology. to protect your garments:
Machine Wash: Wash inside out with similar colors in warm water (max 40°C or 105°F).
Do Not Iron Directly on Print: Avoid direct contact between the iron and the printed area to prevent damage.
Hang Dry Whenever Possible: For optimal preservation of both the tee and print quality, we recommend hang drying whenever possible.
Protect from Fading: Tumble-drying and ironing can affect the lifespan of the print. If tumble-drying, use a low cycle. However, hang-drying is the preferred method. To prevent cracking and fading, iron the garment inside-out with a cool iron.
